Loading/Unloading PODs + Rentals

October 28, 2026

One of our customers, Joe O. in Odessa, was in a unique situation where he needed help filling 4 PODs and a rental U-HAUL truck. He was worried that he would have to do all the labor on his own, on top of the stress of paying all the fees to POD and U-HAUL. We were able to offer him a quote which covered not only loading the PODs, but also the U-HAUL truck on the same day. This saved him from doing back-breaking labor on his own, and saved his wallet from extraneous charges.

Our crews use the same level of care when loading a POD or rental truck that they do when loading our own company trucks, to ensure that your belongings are still in tip-top shape when they reach their final destination. Our high-quality mover-grade cloth blankets are available for purchase to keep your belongings protected during transit/while being stored, as well as paper pads and shrinkwrap. Some customers prefer to utilize their own supplies and moving equipment, but many (like Joe O.) enjoy the fact that LOL Moving can provide our own mover-grade equipment and supplies and utilize those instead - we strive to make these stressful situations as simple for our customers as possible.

Joe O. was also in need of packing help - a service that we provide on its own, with a full move, or with loading services. We were able to provide that service to him so that all he had to do was deal with POD and U-HAUL, not worry about everything else.

Whether its a POD, PAKRAT, U-BOX, you name it - we can help with loading or unloading. Let us do the hard work for you!

Packing/Unpacking Services

September 30, 2026
Chris L. is a repeat customer of ours, who keeps coming back to use our services because we offer full packing and unpacking services. Chirs is a disabled veteran so is unable to pack or unpack boxes himself. We also do a haul away service where we take all the unpacked boxes back with us, so there is literally no work the customer has to do. He packed up all of his clothing, dishes, knick knacks, and every odd and end he had. We also did a full service move for him, which required loading the furniture and boxes into our truck and storing overnight due to a closing issue. Chris L. was extremely happy with his full service pack, move, unpack, and haul away. We moved him from Kissimmee to Lakeland and had previously moved him from Land O’ Lakes.

Darlene M. - Wesley Chapel Baby Grand Piano

September 16, 2026
Darlene M. used our services back in March when she needed a complete home renovation. We moved all of her furniture - including her pristine Baby Grand piano - from New Tampa into a couple storage units in Wesley Chapel. Darlene was able to rent our professional-grade Piano Board, which insured her piano would remain in the most protective position during storage. All pianos are moved the same, using the following steps to insure this highly expensive and sentimental piece is always returned in the same condition as it was picked up: Disassemble - our crew will remove any pieces that may be damaged during transport otherwise - music discs, stands, electronic pieces, fallboard, etc. Protect - our crew wraps each part of the piano in thick mover-grade blankets so that nothing gets scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged during transport Secure - the body of the piano is secured onto a Piano Board, a specific piece of equipment designed for safely moving pianos. The fallboard (if applicable) and any other pieces will be secured inside the truck with straps Reassemble - once the piano is in its desired position, the crew will make sure each piece is exactly where it should be, reassembling it to be exactly the same as before the crew touched it Darlene was very impressed by our company’s ability to move her piano with no issues at all. She was very pleased to see that her piano had not gotten any damage during disassembly, transport, storage, or reassembly. While Darlene utilized our full service moving, customers are also able to use us only for Piano moving services if desired.
