What We Don’t Move (and Why That Matters)

Our goal is to make your move as smooth, stress-free, and efficient as possible — and that starts with setting clear expectations from the very beginning. Over the years, we’ve learned that great service isn’t just about lifting boxes; it’s about clear communication and making sure you always know exactly what to expect on moving day.
While our team proudly specializes in residential and commercial moves, professional loading and unloading, and careful packing services, there are some items and situations that fall outside of what we can safely or legally handle. These limitations aren’t about what we won’t do — they’re about keeping your belongings, our crew, and your property protected.
We’ve created this page to outline the services we do not provide, not because we want to say “no,” but because we want you to have the right information upfront. This helps you plan ahead, avoid frustration, and connect with the right type of service provider when needed. At the end of the day, transparency is one of our core values — and we’re proud to move with integrity, every single time.

Services We Do NOT Provide
Heavy Equipment & Lift-Gate Loads
We do
not have a lift-gate truck.
That means we’re
unable to transport items requiring a pallet jack or anything that weighs
over 1,000 pounds. If your items need special heavy-lifting equipment, we recommend contacting a specialized freight or equipment mover.
Slate Pool Tables
We do not move slate pool tables unless they are fully disassembled and crated before our arrival. We do not provide disassembly or reassembly services for these tables, as they require professional leveling and handling by a pool table specialist.
Swim Spas, Hot Tubs & Jacuzzis
We do not move swim spas, hot tubs, or Jacuzzis. These items typically require specialized equipment, rigging, and transport methods outside the scope of standard moving services.
Junk or Trash Hauling
We do not offer junk removal or dump hauling services. Our team focuses solely on moving and transport of personal or business belongings — not waste or debris. For those services, a local junk removal company will be best equipped to help.
Shipping Containers, Vehicles & Mobile Homes
We do not transport shipping containers, vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles), or mobile/manufactured homes. These types of transports require specialized equipment, towing capabilities, and permitting beyond the scope of standard moving services.
Flammable or Hazardous Materials
For safety reasons, we do not transport flammable or hazardous items, including: fireworks, gasoline or fuel, propane tanks, paints, thinners, or chemical. Please ensure all such items are removed from your move inventory before our arrival.
